2nd Call for Abstracts, Registration Opens, Tours and Accommodations

10th International Conference on Precision Agriculture

The 10th International Conference on Precision Agriculture (ICPA) will be held at the Hyatt Regency Tech Center in Denver, Colorado from July 18-21, 2010. The conference website is www.icpaonline.org.

Call for Abstracts

Only 40 days left before the abstracts submission deadline, Oct 30th, 2009, for the 10th International Conference on Precision Agriculture. Abstracts may be submitted online at http://icpaonline.org/submissionregistration/. Abstracts will be reviewed for suitability based on scientific content and clarity. Abstracts meeting these criteria will be accepted for presentation as either oral or poster presentations at the Conference. Abstracts are limited to no more than 300 words. Authors of accepted abstracts will be entitled to present their research at the Conference after payment of registration fees. They will also be entitled to submit full papers (more details later) for the Conference Proceedings in February of 2010. Conference Proceedings will be published on CD-ROMs and will be available at the conference. Questions pertaining to abstract submissions should be addressed to abstracts@icpaonline.org.

Online Registration Opens October 1

Online registration for the conference will be available October 1. Conference fees are as follows:
• $550 Full Conference Registration ($650 after June 18, 2010)
• $350 One-Day Registration ($400 after June 18, 2010)
• $500 Speaker Registration
• $300 Student Registration
Full conference registration includes access to all plenary and breakout sessions, exhibit hall, and poster session; Sunday evening reception, lunch on Monday and Tuesday and all breaks; a proceedings CD, conference program, and conference portfolio bag.

Tours

There will be two tours offered for conference attendees, spouses, and guests.

• Tuesday, July 20 Rocky Mountain and Narrow Gauge Railway Adventure
• Wednesday, July 21 Rocky Mountain Park and Bear Lake Adventure

Make Room Reservations Early

The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center, Denver, Colorado, USA. Please make your reservations early to secure a room at the discounted conference rate. The cutoff date for the conference room block and special rate is June 26, 2010, but rooms may sell out sooner. See the conference website for more details.
